Serenade system, two people have the password for a mailbox, if the first is listening to some messages, when the second logs in, it knocks off the first person. is it possible to set it up so that the second person gets busy tone if they try to accesss the mailbox that is already being used by the other user?

It sounds like you have attribute "132 FORCED LOGON to Busy Mailbox" in the mailbox class of service.

Fyi, to remove it..
