Log on not work, little panda face.

Hi.
I was scanning my pc with the "panda antivirus active scan", and when i reset my pc, after i put the password, it stay in load configuration and stay there for ever, curiously appear a little panda face in the rigtdown corner of the pc.

Any idea ?

can you boot into safe mode and uninstall panda?
