Does anyone know where a dos batch file is or how to create one that will load the net adapter and provide server login to netware or win servers using?

As far as Novell goes the answer is yes, as far as NT goes I do not know of anyone or any files that will allow you to login on Windows NT.

What you need for Novell 4.11 and above is as follows:
Create the following files on a floppy that is Bootable.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Net.cfg (Just cut and paste with Notepad the information below)

LINK DRIVER 3C90X (3C90X is the name of my 3COM Nic's Dos driver)
FRAME ETHERNET_802.3 (put in whatever frame your Novell box is using)

NETWARE DOS REQUESTER
FIRST NETWORK DRIVE = F (whatever drive letter you wish)
PREFERRED SERVER = FL (the Novell Servers name)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Config.sys
Lastdrive=Z (depending on your system this may not be needed)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Autoexec.bat
LSL
3C90X (name of my Nic's Dos driver)
IPXODI
VLM
F: (whatever drive letter you picked in the Net.cfg file above)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You now need to copy the following files from your Nic's Drivers Disk to this floppy:

(Dos Boot Files)
LSL.COM
3C90X.COM (My Nic's Driver)
IPXODI.COM
VLM.EXE
*.VLM (REDIR, Print, NWP, RSA, SECURITY, TRAN, and any others on your disk)

That's it, just boot the system on the floppy and your up.

MS has a utility that will guide you through creating a network boot disk. I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head but it's out there. If I get a chance, I'll look for it later and post the name.
