Locking Display and Keyboard

Hallo

I have to write a program that locks the display and/or
the keyboard so that input from users cannot be possible.
(Reenabling is done by remote). I have managed the mouse
so far but it's not enough.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

You might try the BlockInput API
