Locking Administrator account

On a WINDOWS 2000 SERVER SP4 I'd like to lock the Administrator account.
I used the passprop utility with the adminlockout option, but, even if this account I can see is locked from the administrative tools, I can access from network to the Administrator account anyway...
I see the Microsoft support KB2799672 but it IS NOT my case, because my win 2000 server is SP4.
Can anyone help me ?
