Locked workstation not asking for Domain.

Have a problem where if the user leaves his PC locked for more than an hour (give or take a little) When he presses Ctrl Alt Del to unlock the workstation (NT 4) The box that appears does not have the Domain Section, ie ->
Username
Password

Instead of
Username
Password
Domain Blah

Typing in his username and password fails to unlock the workstation. Anybody have any ideas???

No solutions but it sounds as though these machines are loosing network connections for some reason.
Only one PC w/ this problem???

Is it possible to log the user in with this:
Username: Domain\USERNAME
Password: Password
???
When the user reboots, and locks the workstation and immediately comes back, you're certain he can get back to the domain?
Additionally, when it shows that it is locked, does it show it can only be unlocked by Domain\USERNAME or an administrator?
Could be a network card issue.
