We log user off of citrix session via CMC but locks up session on the TS.

I still view his profile on the terminal server and when he tries to log back in, it gives the user a profile with nothing saved and all changes made prior are now lost untill i reboot the server b/c i have a locked session that won't delete or download to the fileserver.
Mind you, i have 10 production load balanced servers with over 100 users in a high stress environment. Rebooting everyone off the problem server is my last option (my only option the past 2 weekends), does anyone have a good unlocking tool i can use on the W2K terminal boxes?
