Lockable folder?

Is it possible in Win2000 Pro to assign password access only to a specific folder?

Just remove the EVERYONE from the folder and assign only the user you want. When someone tries to access the folder and they do not have the proper permissions, they will get ACCESS DENIED. Just a user right/permissions issue
