Lock CD drive

Hi!
I'm trying to build a program to lock the CD drive, so the users cannot access to the unit.
I have tried using the FSCLT_LOCK_VOLUME and FSCLT_DISMOUNT_VOLUME functions, but it didn't work. Can anybody help me?
