Hi - need to find some rogue phones dialling over the wrong trunks. How do I find out which Location a phone is connected to - ie. which ARS table their outbound call will be referencing ?

If you do a "list reg" it will show you all of the phones + ip address and the network regions that they are registered to.

you could also do a status station and look on page 3. you see the ip network region there

Thanks for this info - can I just confirm I'm reading this correctly - the Network Region is the same as the Location ?

Thanks

The network region does not have to be the same as the location. You can view the locations by typing

list locations

You can view network regions by typing

list ip-network-region

It does make it easier for you if you do match the location to network region, although this is not always practical.
