Hi,

I have a centralised solution, main 8720 servers in location A (CM4) with G650 gateways in location B.

I have a vector that needs to dial out via PSTN.

How do I get the vector to choose the trunks connected to site B, rather than doing an international call via site A trunks.

Is there a way to tell the vector what location it is in or do I need to specifically set the number in my master (i.e. site A) ARS table and hence route out via Site B route patterns.

Any help, much appreciated.

Thanks

Derek

Instead of routing to the access code for ARS, try route to <tac>number where tac is defined on the trunk you wish to use.
