Local to Roaming Profile

Can anyone give me a good link to something explaining how to change a profile from local to roaming, I've googled it but haven't been able to find what I need.

Of course I'm also open to anyone explaining it on here.

also, depending on how many local profiles you want to migrate, you can use migration tools (puke) or create new profiles and just copy documents, desktop and favourates etc.

dont let the customer bully you into making the desktops look the same as the local profiles, as your life will be hell forever and a day.
