When i check it's had a hug local profile. Instead of 800 K or 8000 K . i saw some with 80,000 K. How should i fix that or how should i preventing from happing again.

Have you been installing programs into the "My Documents" folder or anywhere else within a profile. I would look in "c:\documents and settings" and go to the properties of the local profile you are referring to and work your way through the sub-directories(properties) and see that way what is using the space.

If the profile includes the users desktop I know exactly what's going on. Your user created a folder on their desktop instead of a shortcut to a folder. When they start saving stuff to the folder it also gets saved to their profile. Thus creatig giant profiles! (I had the same thing happen to me) Hope this helps!

Programs like IE, Netscape 6, Office etc all store lots of stuff in profiles by default. Make sure that all temporary internet files, IE user settings etc are held in another folder on the h/d.

As an aside: in my experience, from Win95 on up, roaming profiles have caused at least as many problems as they've solved. Personally I don't think they're worth using.
