I have a document built from a template that will not print correctly to a local Canon BJC-70 printer.
The user will fill in the fields on the form, and is able to print to a network laser printer and all fields are populated and correct. However, when they do the same thing only try to print to a locally connected (via paralell cable) Canon BJC-70 printer, the form prints out with none of the data in the fields. Not sure why it would do this only on a local printer. I can't find anything in the settings on the printer,and the Word Help file seemed less than helpful. Anyone got any ideas or seen this before?
