local policy - please help - urgent

When trying to login as a user I keep getting "the local policy on this system does not permit you to logon interactively" Also can't manage Domain policy's from the dc.
 
Sounds like the account your using does not have right to logon to the computer. This will happen if your logging into a server, for example, with a normal user account. By default, this is not allowed and you will get this message.

I suggest that you try to log in with an administrator account.

Okay. Thanks. I did resolve this problem. Had to call MS and they rebuilt my fsmo rules... They were corrupt.
