Local PC not working DTMF Tone when in AuthCode 1

We are using IX Workplace softphone for the local PC they can dial outside using the dialpad but when the authcode is enabled it seems theres no dtmf tone pressing the dialpad. Upon checking of Avaya, IX sent a DTMF succesful but the IPO didnt received any. What do you think is the issue here? We have IPO SE setup, Authcode is configured in ARS Primary.

How is the auth code configured in ARS?

I believe there is no such option in ARS. Do you mean under user? can you describe how you are making the call from the IX? and in which part it gives you the error?
