hi, i have recently setup a apache webserver up using php, cfm, mysql,ms access etc, at the location of which i can only view, i then forwarded ports so that people can see my site which the ip is redirected from they can all see it but the host computer cant.
Is this perminent or is there a solution so i can see that?

The way web design should be

The problem is likely that your router doesn't do 'loopback'. You should be able to solve the problem by adding a host or lmhost record to the machine (depending on what operating system you're running).

no.... it aint... hummm ill get to removing that one we need to change the DNS to point to the dnyalias but it dont support co.uk
