loading

I have created a very simple small website but its loading very slowly. I have the images low res and I broke up the big ones. But it still loads one at a time.

Is there anything else i can do?

Also is there some sort of loading thing u can use while the page loads like a flash site?

1) what's the link for the site so we can check it against our net connection?

2) what net connection did you use to check?

3) what browser/OS?

4) try preloading some of the heavy images first to see if that makes a difference.
