I need to load some custom recordings on an IP Office 500 V2 Rls 9.0 Essential Edition. These are for my Auto Attendants, Que Announcements and some mail box greetings. What folder or folders do these belong in? I have found all of the info on the help guide as to how these need to be formatted. But it doesn't really seem to explain which folder to place them in. I placed the MOH wav file in the Primary folder and it works fine. Just can't get the other items to work.. Thanks n Advance...

To transferring the auto attendant files
1. In IP Office Manager select File | Advanced | Embedded File Management.
2. Drag and drop the greeting file into the appropriate folder on the memory card. For IP500 V2 systems, this is the System SD\dynamic\lvmail\AAG folder.
