Load Error Popups When Opening Outlook 2

I am receiving the following errors when opening windows. I click them away and outlook opens and runs fine. I have uninstalled the wayward programs outlook is seeking and run a reg cleaner but still an annoying problem.

Any ideas?

"cannot load or install"

Program Files\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll
Program Files\googledesktop\googledesktopsearch\googledesktopO....

I did run the repair tool with no luck.

hello!
"Program Files\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll" this error is coming from McAfee...have you recently uninstalled this? If not, try reinstalling McAfee
"Program Files\googledesktop\googledesktopsearch\googledesktopO...." this error is coming from "googledesktop"...same applies...if you still have it try reinstalling...
If you do not use McAfee or Google Desktop anymore you will need to completely uninstall outlook and reinstall it...

I kind of thought that but was hoping I wouldn't have to go through all the hassle. A question,

If I uninstall Outlook will I lose the calander and contacts list?

if these messages appear when first running outlook, and not windows, then:
in outlook, go to tools->options->other , then click the Advanced Options button, then click Add-in Manager. Look through the list and uncheck/deselect the offending entries. restart outlook. messages should not reappear.
