Load Balancing on desktop NICs

I have a desktop with 2 NICs I use for large and frequent file transfers. I want to share the load across both, but can't seem to find the settings in XP Pro.

Tried help/F1 to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Port Explorer is a program that has these configurable options.

Set Max. Send Speed - Allows you to set a "throttle" on how much data can be sent per second.
Set Max. Recv Speed - Allows you to set a "throttle" on how much data be be received per second.
