Load Balanceing DNS

I have had a request to add two dns aliases pointing to one device for a unix box to round robin it's nic cards. We tried doing this in our ole' nt4 dns servers and it failed, we then tried adding it into the text file directly and it failed. We have since upgraded to 2000 Active directory integrated dns. Adding the second alias entry over-rights the first. Any ideas on how we can get this to work....

Installing BIND would solve it.
