In our organization, we have many LJ1200 printers connected to JetDirect 170X and 175X print servers. What happens is that computers printing to these will retain all print jobs from all machines printing to the particular print server, storing them as "Printed," but reprinting them as soon as the computer is powered back on. The computers are Windows 2000 machines. Installing the latest print drivers seemed to resolve the problem, but it seems to be recurring in some instances. Any ideas as to what would be causing the retention, and how to solve it? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

LJ1200 Print Jobs Retained

For spool32 errors with lj1200s on our accounting package, our VAR is suggesting that I should download PCL5e driver and use that instead of the PCL6 driver. I don't know if that would be a useful change in your situation. (We're also still on 98 vs 2K.)
