Livelink Login Problem with XP

Hello all

I have an old livelink 7.2 system that has a problem with only XP users. When one such user tries to open a ms document such as word or excel the browser opens the login form in the application instead of the document. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know.

I believe that this has been fixed in later releases of Livelink, check with Support. I don't think that 7.2 is still supported either though.
