I believe when I got my last system upgrade, I got some really nice, useful, concise instruction books from Avaya and I think they were called "The Little Red Book" anyone know where they are online or does anyone have them pdf'd? I have searched online for them to no end. TIA.

No there are called "Definity's Little Instruction Book"
