ListView Column Resize

I have seen several pieces of code that will automatically resize the widths of a column in a listview for VB6.

Does anyone have any tips/webpages/code on how to do this in VB.NET?

I found the code to auto resize:

Dim oHeader As ColumnHeader

For Each oHeader In Me.ListView1.Columns
oHeader.Width = -2
Next
