Listing of child windows

I have an MDI program and would like to get the list of child windows that appears in the "Window" menu. How can I do this?

In the menu editor Create a menu item, I call it 'window', then check the 'WindowList' check box. A separator bar will appear as well as the list of open windows.

That's all there is to it.

Zemp thank you for your help, I can get the list in the menu but what I really want is to be able to use the list in an array. Can anybody show me how to extract the window list names.
