listing database/0DBC name for each report in Enterprise

Hi,
I have about a hundred reports in each of my QA,UAT and Production environments and they are pointed to one of QA or Production databases. I am now required to ensure that reports in QA and UAT only point to the QA database. Is there a way to list out the report name and the database it is pointed to? How can I query the CE to get this information? Thanks.
Environment: CE 10, Oracle 8i
