Listening in on convo

When the operator presses a button on her dss console if that person is on the phone she can hear the conversation. Intrude is off. Any ideas?

On another note i added tapi to 3 users so they could dial from outlook. 1 user works perfect the other 2 the option to dial from the station doesnt appear in the drop down for dialing properties in outlook. it shows up in phone and modems but not outlook. Thanks for any help you can give me.

The outlook thing is easy, if you click the dropdown box you only see two or three entries, pressing the down arrow key will reveil other TAPI entries including IP Office TAPI.

The DSS problem is new for me so i don't know whats wrong here.
