I am working on a very specific call flow for a client regarding Voice Recording by using the Listen Action.
Has anybody worked out how to initiate the Next option on the Listen Action?
We have tried #,*, all numbers, ##, ** all variants just can’t get it to process and move to the next whist it is leaving the message using the action above.
I don’t think it can be done but if anybody can tell me there a star waiting!
