Hello,

I have a PRI connected to my S8700 running CM 2.2 Via this PRI I receive calls and based on the DNIS sent by the carrier I route the calls to the appropriate Skills in the ACD. For one of the Skills the carrier is supposed to send me a DNIS 1923 for calls coming from the 340 area code however, the calls are not being routed to the right skill. My telco assures me that they are sending the right DNIS. I do a List trace tac for the trunk and I see the calls coming in but I do not see the DNIS for any of the calls. Is there a way to see the DNIS of all the calls incoming from a trunk group??

Thanks in advance,

pedrofu

Try doing a trace on the VDN 1923 to see if the call hits there.

Kevin,

I've browsing through the Avaya docs for some time now, but I can't seem to find the explenation of the output I am getting from running the list trace tac commend.

I want to understand what I am seeing, can you point me to the correct document?

thanks
