I have a V12 Definity with an old DID trunk group [copper lines] only 8 members..
I did a " list trace tac 82 " command to monitor traffic on that trunk group but I notice that it times out after about 45 minutes if no calls come in....
I looked at " display system parameters".. features, maintenance, customer options, etc.. but found nothing that would change the time out function..hmmmmm
Is it set up so that it has to see some calls made or else it times out???...
I'm using a SAT terminal in the Pbx room but had the same results with the customers ASA on her PC..
I would like to monitor this trunk group for about 24 hours.
Any ideas?
