List permissions for AD object on large volume

Hi

I need to create a report on what rights 1 AD user
+ AD group have on a large file system. I only need to report on directories only. Ive looked at CACLS + XCACLS, it doesn't seem to have all the functionlity I need.

My requirements are simple
1) all folder rights on a large volume (incl subfolders)
2) Only list directory if it matches AD user or AD group otherwise the report is huge. If this is not possible then I can filter the log but the file would be huge

Any ideas? We are running Windows 2003 server
