List of items in Service Pack 4? Looking for a bugfix

Hello all,

I'm looking for a list of hotfixes that will be applied on the upcoming Win2000 Service Pack 4. Can anyone direct me to a site that contains that information?

Secondly, I understand that Microsoft has released an unsupported bugfix that addresses the problem of the COM+ interacting with multiple CPUs in Windows 2000 Server. I've been told that it will be released either in a rollup package or the upcoming SP4. Problem is, I need it asap!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
