List of error codes?

Is there anything with a full list of error codes?
I have tried looking through the little definity for basic diagnostics, but I cant see the codes listed?

I have errors of type 8, 16, 3841, 1281, 769 and 1537 that I cant find listed.

Depending on the release and platform there are many manuals to explain the codes
example : 555-233-123 is the one for r9 si ..
