LIP-9002 Web page

We are facing this strange web page for 2 LIP-9002 has anyone face something like that, we tried admin, ipkts, lip, leaving them empty) nothing work!

When I web browse to a LIP9002 I just get a password box which is ipkts.

You may have another setting switched on which requires the login part to be the extension number maybe? Can you web browse to another model of handset and get the same or different screen?

other phones i can login to them normally on the same system only 2 (lip-9002) phones we are facing this issue

Do they still work internally? Or are you struggling to get them to connect? TBH, I've not seen that screen before.

Have you tried assigning a different IP address? and then trying to login.

I haven't seen this either. Though I have had strange screens on lower software levels.

Have you tried upgrading the phone software?
