Here is my environment:
Office: ADSL modem (static IP) connected to my BFVP41. Win2k Advanced Server connected to BFVP41.

Remote: Cable modem (dynamic IP) connected to a WRT54G wireless linksys router. WinXP Pro connected to router.

Problems: I consistently am unable to connect to my VPN that I created on the router. I am also unable to remotely administer the router.

Goals: I want to access my Office resources from my remote location.

What I've done: I enabled a VPN tunnel on the router. I specified the Local Secure group to be "Specific IP Subnet" which is the default subnet of the router (192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0).
I completely opened up the remote secure group (Any IP) and remote secure gateway (Any IP) per the instructions to cope with a remote client with DHCP.
Under advanced settings, I disabled "block WAN requests."
I enabled "broadcast NetBios"
I check the Keepalive box.
IPsec is what the router uses, and I specified a PFS Key which the remote PC shares.

Setting up the IPSec policy on the remote PC, I followed Linksys intstructions to build the policy and filters, but I still cant connect. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I have my IP scheme (remote) set to 192.168.2.x, since my office scheme is 192.168.1.x. I was told this may make a difference.
