Linksys BEFVP41 PPPoE / dynamic routing Issues???

does anyone know of any particular issues trying to do ipsec / vpn tunnel
with a linksys befvp41 router and a win2k machine with ipsec routing
enabled? i can't seen to get a tunnel built (even when i try it between 2
befvp41's instead of using the win2k ipsec).

does tunneling only work with truly static lines?

is this a pppoe issue?

both local and remote are on sbc dsl, which uses pppoe.
