this may be simple......
how do i create a link to a document ( a mail-in form ) that the customer can download. i would like to avoid zipping it, ( they may not have or want to use winzip, or if i make it self-extracting it may end up who knows where on their PC if they dont watch where the select to save it.)
if it is created in word, it will just open if the customer has MS Word.
i had asked people to just print the web page, but some people could not manage that either. =:-0
