links for html and non html in email

When I send out an asp email I want to send the following

http://myserver/myservice.asmx/mycall?myparm='123456'

(This shows up as an incomplete link)

http://myserver/myservice.aspx/mycall?myparm="123456"

(this shows up with an extra ; for some reason i dont have it typed in there on this forum)

some times they get

http://myserver/myservice.aspx/mycall?myparm=quot;123456quot

and sometimes they get

http://myserver/myservice.aspx/mycall?myparm="123456"

How do i code this so I can accomodate each type of email.

I want them to click the link and visit the service with the aspx instead of dealing with the unusual page asmx returns.

You don't need the quotes in a querystring

http://myserver/myservice.asmx/mycall?myparm=123456

will work and may solve your problem.
