Hello,

We have a network of a few Win98, Macs and a Windows 2000 Advanced server machines. The Win98 PC machines and the Windows 2000 Advanced Server are able to talk to each other using TCP/IP. But the Macs are unable to talk to the PCs or atleast the Server machine.

So please help me solve this problem so that Macs could talk to all others or at least the Server computer.

Thank you for all of your inputs.

There is a Mac package called Dave from Thurston software. It allows the Mac to log into a Windows domain. Should do what you need.

I haven't lost my mind - I know it's backed up on tape somewhere ....

The other option is to install Services for Macintosh on the server.
