Linking to another SQL Server Problem!!

Hi

I am trying to link to SQL servers together. There both SQL2000. I managed to link them together but when trying to retrieve information off one of them i get the following error:

Server: Msg 7302, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Could not create an instance of OLE DB provider 'SQLOLEDB'.
OLE DB error trace [Non-interface error: CoCreate of DSO for SQLOLEDB returned 0x8007007e].

Any ideas would be greatfully received!!Thanks.
