Linking to a flash and opening in a smaller window. 1

I created a photoslideshow in Flash. I want to link to it and have it open in a new window the size of the original slideshow. I tried linking directly to the .swf file, but that didn't work to well. I then embedded it into an html file, but I don't know how to change the size of the window. I also don't want any of the browser menus, buttons, etc. showing. I want it to play like when I open the .swf file.

Any suggestions?
