Linking the SUBMIT BUTTON in Dreamweaver8

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to link the Submit button on a form to an email (i.e. an enquiries form to send contact details to my email address) and in addition to this, once the form has been sent to me, how do i link the submit button back to another page in the website (i.e. home page)

ANY help would be much appreciated!!
