Linking incoming call route to voicemail pro

Hi,

I am trying to create a new incoming call route that is routed through Voicemail pro.

The call route has been created in Phone Manager and I have the call routing created in Voicemail pro - however I do not understand how they are linked.

So you just want to point a number straight to a VM Pro module?

Type VM:modulename in the ICR destination. With modulename matching the name of the module in VM Pro, case sensitive.

You can then create a hunt group with the same name to be used for fallback if the VM connection is down.

If want a burst of ringing inbetween point the ICR to a shortcode of:

CODE
Voicemail Collect
"#ModuleName"
