First off I was wondering is there a way of linking tables in Sql Server rather than importing them and also if anyone knows of a way to link Foxpro tables into Access 2000 without using ODBC i.e. ala Access 97 that would be great too. THanks a million. Mark

SQL server.. I think you need to use ODBC (see FAQ183-2320 )

Fox Pro... I think you should be able to do it as you did before with 97, you may need to run the install again and look at the options under data access..otherwise foxpro is compatible with dbase .dbf files and so you can try that instead

Hope that helps
