How do I link forms so that if on my first form I set up a 'Find Record' button and on the two other forms connected to Form 1, it shows data that corresponds with a relationship that I've set up with data on my first form. Let me explain this again ... I have Form1, Form2, and Form3. On Form1, I have a 'Find Record' button. Once I've found my record on Form1 through my 'Find Record' button, I want my control buttons that link me to Form2 and Form3 to show data that's already been input and corresponds to data on Form1.

Thanks,
Tina.

Are the three tables (that correspond to the three forms) related? If so, then when you create the command button that opens another form you can use the command button wizard to show the related data on the second form when you click on the button. Then when you use the find button on the first form, the second form should open with the appropriate data. You can then do this all over again with the third form. I think that your tables will have to be related in order to do this. I hope this makes sense.
