linking form fields to a website

I have a form with a bunch of fields in it, and I'd like to be able to have the user click on a button and have the info from each field on the form automatically get exported/copied into specific fields on a certain web page. Is this possible?

Yes, it is.
Make table field with type Hiperlink and write there web page address.

maybe i'm just dumb cuz i'm a newbee to access, but i already added a hyperlink to the form, it only linked to the web page. is there a way to copy the information in each field into the form into the fields on the page?
