How do I link two fields together on a form, not a subform to master form? Or if I enter supervisor ID in one field...how to automatically enter supervisor name in the supervisor field?

Use a combo box.

Yes...that was helpful. Any idea on how to take away duplicates in a combo box?

Use the DISTINCT predicate in the SQL code of the RowSource:
SELECT DISTINCT supervisorID , supervisorName ...

Hope This Helps, PH.
