linking excell to access tables

From the menu.
File/Get External Data/Link Tables. Follow the Wizard. Choose Excel from the combo box and choose your file using the browser. I have found it easier to first define a range in the spreadsheet, and point to that using the radio button on the import wizard. Tyrone Lumley
